鐵皮風管與鋁箔復合玻纖風管的性能!

一、鐵皮風管

I. Iron duct

1、鐵皮風管優(yōu)點

1. Advantages of iron duct

1) 強度高,能承受3kPa的風壓,可滿足高中低壓風體系的運用。

1) High strength, can withstand 3kPa wind pressure, can meet the application of high, medium and low pressure wind system.

2) 可現(xiàn)場加工,運輸本錢低,調(diào)整便利,不影響工期。

2、鐵皮風管缺點

2. Disadvantage of iron duct

1) 易生銹,運用壽命不長,不利于提高室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量,在濕潤的環(huán)境下,運用壽命只有5-7年,并且過4-5年去看風管內(nèi)部到處是銹跡斑斑。

1) Easy to rust, not long service life, not conducive to improving indoor air quality, in a humid environment, the service life is only 5-7 years, and after 4-5 years to see the wind pipe is full of rust spots.

2) 漏風率高,能耗大。鐵皮風管由咬口及法蘭連接,其漏風率在10%左右(標準允許)。

3) 通風噪聲大。鐵皮風管壁薄,在風速和風壓的作用下會產(chǎn)生噪聲。

4) 重量大,添加建筑物荷載。鐵皮風管每重量在10kg以上。

5) 導熱系數(shù)高。鐵皮風管采用外保溫,外保溫添加了工程造價,影響了施工工期。假如外保溫不到位或遭到破損,就會產(chǎn)生冷橋。冷凝水損壞吊頂,會損壞下面的物件。

5) High thermal conductivity. Iron sheet air duct adopts external thermal insulation, which adds engineering cost and affects the construction period. 6) 制作裝置周期長。鐵皮風管要采用大型的機械施工,要做咬口和法蘭,速度慢。

二、鋁箔復合玻纖風管

II. Aluminum Foil Composite Glass Fiber Ventilator

鋁箔復合玻纖風管直接用鐵皮風管的保溫材料-超細玻璃棉制作而成。1992年就有超級風管(玻纖風管)進入國內(nèi)市場,盡管經(jīng)過了十多年的市場運作,但目前市場份額依然適當小,甚有份額萎縮的趨勢。

Aluminum foil composite glass fiber duct is directly made of superfine glass wool, the insulation material of iron sheet duct. In 1992, super duct (glass fibre duct) entered the domestic market. Despite more than ten years of market operation, the market share is still appropriately small, and even tends to shrink.

1、鋁箔復合玻纖風管優(yōu)點

1. Advantages of Aluminum Foil Composite Glass Fiber Ventilator

1) 吸聲。因其直接用超細玻璃棉制作,原料比較松散,有較好的吸聲功能。

2) 重量輕。每重量3kg左右。

2、但與鐵皮風管相比缺點也許多

1) 強度差。因直接用超細玻璃棉制作,承壓能力差,只能在低壓、小風管運用。制品維護要求高,簡單被后期的水電和裝飾工程弄破。不能清洗。

2) 怕濕潤。超細玻璃棉的吸水率極高,假如表面關(guān)閉不到位,特別是在開槽后,會吸收大量的水分,降低保溫功能和強度。

3) 纖維易飛散。超細玻璃棉假如表面關(guān)閉不到位,特別是在開槽后,會導致纖維飛散,影響人體健康。

3) Fibers are easily dispersed. If the surface of superfine glass wool is not closed properly, especially after grooving, it will cause fibers to disperse and affect human health.

4) 風阻大。表面粗糙度達0.9-1.1mm,一般要求機組功率提高10%,添加能耗。

4) High wind resistance. The absolute surface roughness is 0.9-1.1 mm. Generally, the unit power should be increased by 10% and the energy consumption should be added.
