1.風(fēng)管內(nèi)嚴(yán)禁其他管線穿越

2.安裝在易燃、易爆環(huán)境下的風(fēng)管應(yīng)有良好的接地，通過生活區(qū)或者生產(chǎn)區(qū)的風(fēng)管安裝一定要嚴(yán)密，并且不能設(shè)備風(fēng)管接口。

2. Air ducts installed in flammable and explosive environments should have good grounding, and the installation of air ducts through living or production areas must be tight, and equipment air duct interfaces should not be allowed.

3.室外立式風(fēng)管的固定不得與避雷針或房屋避雷設(shè)施連接到一起。

②吊架不能設(shè)置在風(fēng)口、風(fēng)閥、檢查門及自控機(jī)構(gòu)處，不得固定在法蘭上，避免風(fēng)管變形影響風(fēng)管的作用。

② Hangers should not be installed at air vents, air valves, inspection doors, and automatic control mechanisms, and should not be fixed on flanges to prevent deformation of the air duct from affecting its function.

③吊架安裝要符合相應(yīng)的安裝規(guī)定，懸吊的風(fēng)管與部件應(yīng)設(shè)防止擺動(dòng)的固定點(diǎn)，如固定支架、支撐等，固定點(diǎn)的設(shè)置位置和數(shù)量應(yīng)根據(jù)系統(tǒng)情況而定。

③ The installation of suspension brackets should comply with corresponding installation regulations. The suspended air ducts and components should be equipped with fixed points to prevent swinging, such as fixed brackets, supports, etc. The location and quantity of fixed points should be determined based on the system situation.

④法蘭墊料和厚度根據(jù)輸送空氣溫度的不同，選擇的材質(zhì)也不同。

⑤風(fēng)管及部件穿墻、屋面時(shí)，應(yīng)設(shè)置防雨罩，穿出屋面的風(fēng)管超過1.5m時(shí)應(yīng)拉索，拉索應(yīng)鍍鋅或用鋼絲繩，拉索禁止固定在風(fēng)管法蘭上，嚴(yán)禁拉在避雷針或避雷網(wǎng)上。

⑤ When the air duct and its components pass through the wall and roof, a rain cover shall be provided. When the air duct passing through the roof exceeds 1.5m, a stay cable shall be provided. The stay cable shall be galvanized or steel wire rope. The stay cable shall not be fixed on the air duct flange, nor pulled on the Lightning rod or lightning protection net.

⑥柔性短管的安裝應(yīng)松緊適度，不得扭曲，可伸縮性的金屬或非金屬軟風(fēng)管的長度不宜超過2m，并不得有死彎及塌凹。

⑥ The installation of flexible short pipes should be moderately loose and tight, without distortion. The length of flexible metal or non-metallic air ducts with scalability should not exceed 2m, and there should be no dead bends or collapses.

⑦保溫風(fēng)管的支、吊架宜設(shè)在保溫層的外部，并不得破壞保溫層。

⑦ The supports and hangers of insulated air ducts should be located outside the insulation layer and should not damage the insulation layer.
