　　一、通風管道在安裝時的注意事項：

　　I. Notices for Ventilation Pipeline Installation:

　　(1)當風管與風機連接時，應在進出風口處加軟接頭，其軟接頭的斷面尺寸應與風機進出風口一致。軟管接頭一般可采用帆布、人造革等材料，軟管長度不宜小于200，松緊度應適宜，柔性軟管可緩沖風機的振動。

　　(1) When the duct is connected with the fan, the soft joint should be added at the inlet and outlet of the fan. The cross-section size of the soft joint should be the same as that of the inlet and outlet of the fan. The hose joint can generally be made of canvas, artificial leather and other materials. 　　(3)風道安裝時，進、出風日宜在風道預制時開出洞口，如需在安裝完畢的風道上現(xiàn)開風口，其接口處應嚴密。

　　(4)當輸送含凝結水或含濕量較大的氣體時，其水平管道宜設有坡度，并在低點處接排水管。安裝時風道底部不宜出現(xiàn)縱向接縫，對底部有接縫處應進行密封處理。

　　(4) When conveying gas with condensate water or high moisture content, the horizontal pipeline should have a slope and be connected with a drainage pipe at a low point. 　　(5)對輸送易燃、易爆氣體的鋼板風道，在風道連接法蘭處應安裝跨接線，并與靜電接地網(wǎng)連接。

　　(5) For steel plate air ducts conveying flammable and explosive gases, a cross connection shall be installed at the flange of the air duct connection and connected with the electrostatic grounding grid.

　　二、通風管道安裝程序：

　　(1)風管組裝：當風管較短時，可一次在地面組裝而成，當風管較長時，可視安裝場地的情況，在地面分段組裝。組裝時應盡量調整風道的中心度和水平度，避免風管扭曲或上下起波，左右擺龍，每段風道不宜超過10m.組裝時，墊片應墊平，法蘭螺栓應均勻擰緊，螺母帽均朝向同一方向。

　　(1) Air duct assembly: When the air duct is short, it can be assembled on the ground at one time. When the air duct is long, it can be assembled on the ground in segments according to the situation of the installation site. 　　(2)風管就位：風管就位前應檢查全部支架的水乎度和標高、檢查支架的牢固程度，風管就位可采用直接和吊具兩種方法。對風管斷面較小，又位置較低的可采用人工就位方法，只需搭設簡易腳手架即可。當風管斷面較大且管段較長時，可采用滑輪、倒鏈、大繩等方法吊裝。世紀星介紹為了便于風道就位，一般多采用將風道吊在腳手架上，然后再將其抬放在風道支架上的方法。腳手架應沿其風道長度方向搭設，高度和位置應適合施工操作，吊裝順序應先干管后支、立管，吊起時，吊點應牢固，兩吊點應均勻受力。垂直風管可采用人工和大繩輔助就位。調整風管保證垂直度要求。

　　(2) Air duct positioning: Before air duct positioning, the water alignment and elevation of all brackets should be checked, and the firmness of brackets should be checked. For the smaller section and lower position of the air duct, the manual positioning method can be adopted, and only simple scaffolding can be set up. 　　(3)風道調直：就位在支架上的風道，應撥正位置，調整風道橫平豎直，然后再按圖集要求固定。
